Vicky is an experienced police Public Order Commander and uniformed Police Officer.  She has extensive experience in policing events, from sporting events and festivals to protests, raves and VIP visits.

She has a Professional Doctorate in the impact of public order uniform on police mindset. Vicky is a keen writer and is currently developing her doctoral thesis into a personal development guide for professionals in disciplines outside of policing.
